Deep Tissue massage, is performed on a massage table under a sheet and blanket and uses oil. Both styles of massage are equal in their benefit to the body and share many beneficial qualities, though they do have different results. I suggest Deep Tissue when the body requires relaxation and stress reduction or is injured. I suggest Thai if the goal is increased range of motion and flexibility.
